Kick Start the Day the Perfect 10 Way

i can't quite believe what a difference it makes to do 10 mintues of exercise in teh morning. totally kicks my body into a more productive gear for the whole day. really cool. it's a challenge getting after it, but once i'm in motion, it feels better and better.
