The Iron Cross Alone Could Melt It Off
the iron cross is hard! major arm workout. i feel finger-ly challenged, though, hanging on to the ball. i still go slower than they do, afraid i'm going to lose it! but really what a great basic exercise that works your arms intensely, and everything else, too.
