10 Minute Workout
have i mentioned what a fan i am of the 10 minute workout? i always got bored doing other exercise programs that lasted half hour to 90 minutes. this is perfect. ther'es never an excuse to not do it,because there's always room to squeeze in 10 minutes of something. gets my heart pumpin, too!
