taquitos are going to get in the way of my fitness plan? i hope not. i was down and out for a few days, unwell and not exercising. but i'm feeling tip-top now (obviously, if i'm chowing on
guacamole) and will be back to the workout room tomorrow. i should have started working out a few months ago, to fight those
winter blues. it really helps, doesn't it? those
endorphins are friendly little fellas. did you know that they're related to other magical components that are in things like gluten and cheese? me neither. nifty.
